Give Your Child a Classroom That Changes with the Seasons
Five Fridays January – May 9AM-1PM
Jan. 15th, Feb. 5th, March 5th, April 16th, May 7th
Give your child a learning experience that reaches beyond books and worksheets. At Living Land Fridays, a seed becomes a biology lesson, a garden bed becomes a geometry problem, weather becomes a data set, wool becomes art and history, and a nature journal becomes a place for careful observation and strong writing.
Once each month, homeschool students gather at Piney Woods Farm for an interdisciplinary experience that is difficult to reproduce at a desk. Children investigate, measure, sketch, read, write, design, discuss, and present while exploring the living systems around them.
